सौर कुकर की परिभाषा (Definition Of Solar Cooker)

सौर कुकर एक डिब्बा होता है। यह धातु या प्लास्टिक से बना होता है। इस डिब्बे के अन्दर ऊष्मारोधी पदार्थ का अस्तर लगा होता है। इस ऊष्मारोधी पदार्थ की वजह से ऊष्मा डिब्बे से बाहर नहीं निकल पाती। डिब्बे के अन्दर की दीवारों में काला रंग लगाया जाता है। यह काला पृष्ठ ऊष्मा का अधिक अवशोषण करता है। डिब्बे के ऊपरी हिस्से पर एक समतल पारदर्शी काँच का ढक्कन होता है। डिब्बे के ऊपरी सिरे पर एक समतल दर्पण लगा होता है। सौर कुकर से लगभग 100°C-120°C ताप प्राप्त किया जा सकता है। इसके द्वारा भोजन बनाया जाता है।

Solar cooker is a box. It is made of metal or plastic. Inside this box there is a lining of heat-insulating material. Because of this insulating material, heat cannot escape from the box. The inner walls of the box are painted black. This black surface absorbs more heat. The upper part of the box has a flat transparent glass lid. A plane mirror is mounted at the top of the box. Around 100°C-120°C heat can be obtained from solar cooker. It is used to make food.

सौर कुकर की कार्यविधि (Working Of Solar Cooker)

सौर कुकर से भोजन बनाने के लिए इसे धूप में रखा जाता है। इसके ऊपर लगे समतल पारदर्शी काँच के ढक्कन से ऊष्मा डिब्बे के अन्दर जाती है। यह ढक्कन सूर्य के प्रकाश को डिब्बे के भीतर प्रवेश करने देता है। डिब्बे के ऊपरी सिरे पर लगे समतल दर्पण से सूर्य की किरणें डिब्बे के भीतर परावर्तित हो जाती हैं। सोलर कुकर के भीतर भोजन पकाने के लिए धातु के डिब्बे रखे जाते हैं। इन डिब्बों की बाहरी सतह काली होती है। सोलर कुकर के अन्दर बहुत सी ऊष्मा एकत्रित हो जाने के कारण भोजन पक जाता है।

For cooking food with solar cooker, it is kept in the sun. The heat goes inside the box through a flat transparent glass lid mounted on top of it. This lid allows sunlight to enter the compartment. The rays of the sun are reflected inside the box by a plane mirror mounted at the upper end of the box. Metal cans are kept inside the solar cooker for cooking food. The outer surface of these boxes is black. Food gets cooked due to the accumulation of a lot of heat inside the solar cooker.

सौर कुकर के उपयोग (Uses Of Solar Cooker)

सौर कुकर का प्रयोग दाल, चावल, सब्जियाँ आदि पकाने के लिए किया जाता है। इसका प्रयोग पानी गर्म करने के लिए भी किया जाता है।
